Ultra-Sonic Welding / Inserting

Ultrasonic welding is a simple technique whereby high-frequency ultrasonic vibrations are applied to a concentrated area that is held under pressure. This vibration causes the materials to melt together in a solid weld. This technique works great to weld plastic parts together or plastic to other materials. There is no need for connective parts such as nails, bolts, screws and adhesives to bind the materials.
